Brittney Payton

Mike had a WONDERFUL surprise this morning!!!  Brittney Payton stopped by to visit with him and brought him a #34 Chicago Bears football jersey!  And, for those of you that don’t know who #34 is …. her dad…good old “Sweetness” himself….Waltor Payton.  We all decided that the reason Walter was called Sweetness was because of Brittney.  She was just as sweet as you can make her.  Thanks Bob for this wonderful surprise!!

Mike is having a nerve block procedure done this afternoon to hopefully stop the pain in the back.  It works sort of like an epidural and should block the pain immediately.  Let’s sure hope so!!!  He will then have dialysis after that so many field trips planned today.  He is VERY anxious to go home and keeps asking when we’re going.  We’re hoping for that very soon too!
